Our decision management solutions allow users to create and manage products, register frameworks and manage decision policies.

The platform currently offers three decision management solutions that are each applicable to one of the three main entities in a customer’s lifecycle:

• Prospecting for decisions that apply to the prospect entity (e.g., direct mail)

• Underwriting for decisions that apply to the application entity (e.g., loan approval)

• Customer management for decisions that apply to the customer entity (e.g., product cross-sell)

Product Management

This capability allows users to create, configure and maintain product types and products

Framework Registry

This capability allows users to register analytical frameworks that can be used in decision policies

Policy Management
