Customer Management¶
Overview
Customer Management is a decision management process that consists of identifying existing customers that need to target specific actions such as product upgrades, cross-sell or in some case product restrictions.
Customer Management solution allows Users to build Customer Management policies that can be used to make multiple decisions such as:

Who to target for a specific action

What to offer or communicate

What channel to use etc.
Creating a Customer Management policy

All policy types follow the same procedures. Only the entity on which the decision is made and hence data available for use vary depending on the policy type.

Customer Management policies apply to customer entities and can only use customer-related data.
