Customer Management

Overview

Customer Management is a decision management process that consists of identifying existing customers that need to target specific actions such as product upgrades, cross-sell or in some case product restrictions.

Customer Management solution allows Users to build Customer Management policies that can be used to make multiple decisions such as:

  • Who to target for a specific action

  • What to offer or communicate

  • What channel to use etc.

Creating a Customer Management policy
  • All policy types follow the same procedures. Only the entity on which the decision is made and hence data available for use vary depending on the policy type.

  • Customer Management policies apply to customer entities and can only use customer-related data.
