Prospecting¶
Overview
Prospecting is a key decision process in sales which consists of identifying potential customers, evaluating the benefit of selling them a product and deciding on the most efficient ways to solicit them.
Corridor’s prospecting solution allows Users to build prospecting policies that can be used to make multiple decisions such as:

Who to solicit

What product to offer
-
What channel to use etc.
Creating a Prospecting policy

All policy types follow the same procedures. Only the entity on which the decision is made and hence data available for use varies, depending on the policy type.

Prospecting policies apply to prospect entities and can only use prospect-related data.
