Overview

Settings allow users to set some of the system configuration parameters that enable the platform to run and also controls access to pages, modules and objects. Users can set or create new table IDs, create groups to categorize data elements, group models, features, policies, create permissible purposes, specify keywords, configure roles and user profiles.

Under setting, there are following menu options:

Users:

This option is used to create a new User.

Roles:

This option is used to create specific roles.

Table Keys:

This option is used to create new table keys to map to the IDs in the source data.

Platform Entities:

This option is used to add or delete an entity on the platform

Groups:

This option is used to create new Groups of objects.

Permissible Purposes:

Whenever an object is created in the platform, this defines what an object can be used for (e.g. creating a model which can only be used for underwriting).

Keywords:

Are meant to help in the search of an object.

Approval Workflow Settings:

This option is used to configure multilevel approvers at an object and group level.

Flags:

This option is used to create flags that can be placed on an object.

Custom Fields:

This option is used to create different types of custom fields that allows users to add additional fields to the registry page
